Advik's pov
I felt some movement beside me and I slowly opened my eyes only to see a beautiful angel sleeping next to me, I am holding her as if she will disappear if I let her go. She is looking so calm I slowly caresses her cheeks and kissed her forehead I felt her shivering in my touch, all of sudden she opened her eyes and stared at me, i could hear her heartbeat which is beating so fast, our breaths were mixing and giving goosebumps all over my body, i slowly leaned towards her, her lips were trembling and her hold in my shirt becomes tight.
I smirked seeing my effect on her, touching my forehead with her "good morning wifey" i whispered, i could see her cheeks were turning pink and that makes my heart warm.
"Good morning" she murmured with her pink cheeks which urges me to kiss her. The Chirping of birds and warm yellow rays of sun and my wife beside me makes my morning even more beautiful.
Slowly getting up from bed i walked towards bathroom not before giving her wink for which she hid her with a blanket
*Cute* i chuckled
After freshening I came out, she is tieing up her hair and she also cleaned the bed.
"Maanvi, it's just 7, you can sleep for a while you must be very tired of wedding rituals" I said
"That's fine Advik, I'm ok" she replied
"Okk then, I'm going for a jog, you get ready in the meantime, Then we will go down together" I said and she nodded.
Maanvi's POV:
Uff!! His warm, i could still feel it around me after he left for jogging, i literally ran towards the mirror and saw myself, gosh my cheeks gone all pink and I'm blushing like a fool...
Sighing myself I left to take a bath, After a long and soothing bath, i opened my wardrobe, since it's my first day here, so traditional outfit would be a better choice.. going through my collection a dark pink saree caught my attention, that's my mom gifted me but I never wore it, so for now I'm gonna wear it but then only I have realised that I don't know how to drape a saree, gosh!! What to do now.. it's ok let's seek the help of you tube..
"Argh!! Even after so many attempts i couldn't drape it properly" i signed in frustration.
Suddenly the door opened revealing Advik who is in gym outfit drenched in sweat, damn he is looking so hot and I immediately covered myself with the saree as I'm just wearing my blouse and peticoat, he is so shocked to see me like this.
"I.. I'm sorry" he said and went out after closing the door. Here I'm standing not knowing what to do, Should I ask him for help? Yeah let's ask him.
Calming myself, I opened the door little and peeked outside only to him talking on the phone. As soon as he ended his phone I called his name, he looked at me and rushed near the door
"Hey what happened maanvi, any problem?" He enquired
"Actually I couldn't drape this saree properly could you help me with this please" i asked with hesitation.
"Oh that's the matter, sure I'll help you" he answered with little smile
I opened the door to let him in, took the saree from me and started to drape it properly by watching the video in youtube, soon he completed and made me stand infront of mirror, wow he did it so perfectly, i looked at him through the mirror, he is staring at me with so much love in his eyes.
"Thank you" I said facing him.
"I should have to thank you for giving me this opportunity Mrs.Malhotra" He said and I couldn't control my blush.
Soon we both got ready and went downstairs.
Author's POV:
Everyone greeted them and dadi took them to the small temple which is kept in their home, everyone prayed for their well-being.
"Bhabhi you are looking so beautiful in this saree, you perfectly pleated it" said Aditi hearing this Advik smirked and looked at his wife who is blushing.
"Maanvi beta since it's your first day of marriage so you have to prepare a sweet for everyone and if you need any help you can call me " Meera ji said
Maanvi nodded her head and headed towards the kitchen, she started to make kheer, the only dish she knows to make. Soon she prepared it and served it in the bowl
"Wow maanvi, you are made a kheer" chachi said while entering into the kitchen.
"Yes" she replied nervously, chachi chuckled "you know this is everyone's favourite sweet especially your husband advik's" she said teasing her.
"Chachi please" maanvi gone all red and chachi laughing looking at her.
Soon everyone seated in dining table and started to eat, when kheer served maanvi got little nervous, thinking would everyone like it or not.
Everyone tasted the kheer and made a blank expression they all know it was made by maanvi except Advik but within seconds he understood that the sweet not made by his mother and he is wondering who made this Delicious kheer.
Seeing their blank expression maanvi's heart begins to beat fast as she doesn't want to embarrass in the first day itself, she gulps slowly looking one by one's face but on one uttered a single word
"who made the kheer?" asked dada ji breaking the silence
"Bhabi made it dadu" said aarav and Advik surprised to hear it, he never know that she could make kheer.
Dada ji silently nodded his head and continued to have his kheer.
"Didn't dadu liked this kheer? It's really tastes good and why no is saying anything? Are they planning Something? What's going on their mind?" Advik thought
After completing their breakfast..
Dada ji "madavi (maid) go and bring that"
And soon the maid comes with the big plate which coverd with red royal cloth.
Maanvi's POV:
What's in that plate is he going to punish me for that kheer?? Didn't they liked the kheer made by me?? God!! Please help me
"Maanvi beta come here" dadu called me gently, i slowly went towards them and stood silently. Dadi removed the cloth from the plate and I was shocked by seeing it because it's full of jewelleries full of antique pieces which scream royalty.
"This is our family jewels which I saved for my grandchildren" dadi said
"And this is my special gift to you, for the kheer you made " dadu said and gave me a red Ruby necklace
"You liked it but I thought.." before completing my sentance he spoke "that's just drama beta we really loved the kheer"
"Drama?" I asked "yes" all shouted "bhabi we really enjoyed your kheer so much, you know mom's kheer used to be my favourite but from now on yours added in it" Maya said with so much enthusiasm.
"I'm glad that you all liked it" I said with a smile, all gifted me and i happily accepted it.
Soon all departures to their room, Advik, dad and chachu went to study room. Meera mom came to my room and asked me to take some rest as tomorrow evening is the reception and gave the dress for the reception which is so beautiful, I can't wait to wear it.
